Hadin Kan Al-Umma (On Community Cooperation)

Duk al'ummar da take son cigaba, dole ta fuskanci matsalolin da suke addabar ta kai tsaye ta hanyar zama 'tsintsiya madaurinki daya'!

Cigaban al'umma yana samuwa ne a yayin da bangarori na al'ummar suka haddu wajen nemar ma kansu mafita. Dan haka dole mutane su hada kansu don a 'kai ga gachi'!

Duk da taimakon 'kai-da-kai' yana da matukar wahala, dole haka za'a daure tunda 'sai an gwada, akan san na kwarai'! Wuyar ta dai a fara.

TRANSLATION:

It is universally acknowledged that society can only make progress when the constituent parts come together for common purpose. Today more than ever, communities must revive the 'spirit' of cooperation to tackle the challenges that face them.

We cannot continue to complain and rue how things are falling apart while refusing to try to cooperate. As the well known example of broomstick being more effective when tied together, so also are people better able to tackle issues when they cooperate.

So let us try first before concluding that 'no one wants to cooperate'!

A Midnight Encounter

You see when it starts to rain, the soul that luvs the rain lights up with an electric fervor! . I close my eyes and listen to the musical lyrics of raindrops drumming upon the rooftop, which pours down the drains. .
