Ephemeral Life

The ephemeral nature of life escapes us when we are busy living, but death periodically jolts us back to reality and everything loses its lustre. It is at such times we see that it is the seemingly small trivial things that are more important. Like the smiles, the hugs and the gestures of genuine care.
