Much a Word for Play

A nice spice
spliced open
and diced
Should fare well
with a Fulani heir
Since there's water to spare
as that would be fair.
And I would rather pair
a welcome
with farewell
Than have a knifey wedge,
Threateningly gauged
to land
on my spinal hedge.
Thus
take it as a nudge
To enjoy all 'spices'
for the right price
while the hay is made
as sunshine is given a stay.
For its execution,
Will find resolution
when cloud simulation,
Is turned to reality
from animation.
A raindrop's excitation
heralds a new generation
Of leafy vegetation
and seasonal variations
Exhibit their limitation
with people expressing reservations
The one
likes not the umbrella,
Scorching heat
is the problem of another fella
Parties, makeup and one more
on hold for a bella
For Harmattan's on prowl bro

A Midnight Encounter

You see when it starts to rain, the soul that luvs the rain lights up with an electric fervor! . I close my eyes and listen to the musical lyrics of raindrops drumming upon the rooftop, which pours down the drains. . I sit against the windows and watch countless slates slash against the pane and flashes of lightening streak across the reddened midnight sky. And then... . POW! CRACKOW! A blasting blare of thunder makes me shudder, almost jumping out of fright. .
