Thoughts on Post-election
Let all citizens be magnanimous regardless of the fortunes
of their chosen aspirant. The success of these Elections is a victory to
ALL!
Let mockery not get out of hand (not minding
that if the tables were to be turned it would be the same thing if not
worse). We all need to come together and build the country. There is too
much work to do for us to have time to be gloating.
In fact even the celebration of victory should be short, for the ship is sinking and we all need to come together and hit the ground running. Now is the time for the think tanks and cerebral intellectuals to make presentations on 'SOLUTIONS'.
Let Nigeria be Great!
Now that the Presidential Elections are done, it is time to concentrate on the State & Local government.
These levels of governance are where citizens are blinded and being robbed. Many a times the leakages here are of gargantuan proportions.

The fruits of good governance would be more easily deliverable at these levels if only constituents would live up to their civic responsibility of tasking the aspirants and holding them to accountability.
Every month these group of people come to the center (on your behalf) and collect what should normally be 'seed money'. But even as they are leaving Abuja the monies are already being thrown down the drain via unsustainable recurrent expenditures.
For instance, no state government has business incurring salaries and other recurrent expenditures that are higher than their internally generated revenue.
Many if not most states are yet to achieve sustainability in terms of optimization of their resources especially the most important one which is you and I.
The quickest way to seeing light is to unleash the potentials and capabilities 170 million light bulbs.
Nigeria must be great.
